2. Tracking-cut Steel Wire Straightening Cutting Machine
The straightening module straightens the wire, and the cutter follows the wire. At a certain point, the cutter cuts the wire. The cutter moves with the wire and cut the wire. So the straightening module doesn’t have to stop to wait for the cutter. The speed of the machine is faster than the fixed-cut type. The speed is 25-75m/min.
A tracking-cut wire straightening machine is more expensive than a fixed-cut type. It is because not only does the cutter needs to cut the wire, but also moves to a different position.
3. Flywheel-cut Steel Wire Straightening and Cutting Machine
The flywheel-cut straightening machine uses the flywheel to cut wire fast. While the straightening module keeps straightening the wire, the flywheel works nonstop. Flywheel rotates and make the cutter cut fast. So the speed of the flying shear straightener can reach 120m/min
